Sometimes, emails seem endless, zoom calls go on forever, household chores pile up, life is busy and you still have to figure out what to have for dinner every. single. night.

We realize not everyday can be fun but if we can’t find joy in every project and with each other then we are doing something wrong!

Kindness goes a long way. And it can be displayed through various examples.

A genuine hello. A door held open for a stranger. Respect for colleagues. An inclusive, non-judgemental environment. Community support. And a team that lifts each other up.

Being kind to one another isn’t just a request, it’s a requirement and we hope to lead by example.

It can be hard to stay true to who you are but we are here to lift each other up.

It is important that individual voices are heard and that our team members feel that this is a safe place where they can be themselves.

We hope to make each person on our team, every vendor hired, and every client we work with shine in their own special way.

Say what you mean and mean what you say.

We’re not here to oversell, mislead, or put on a show of smoke and mirrors. If we say something we mean it. If it’s private, we maintain our client’s need for discretion.

We’re also not ashamed to acknowledge when we don’t know something or too proud to lean on others for help.

We earn trust and build relationships because of our communication skills and strong integrity.

Two words with a lot of meaning.

We encourage our team to always look forward. Mistakes happen but there’s always a lesson. Don’t get caught-up in the past, meander on a mishap, or focus on a regret. Be aware, reflective, and push forward.
